A warm welcome to this strange and stormy winter weather to our British customers. From January 2012 there will be alignment of support processes and web presence to better support you. This will bring more content into the knowledge base and also, we hope, more useful tips and trick for all our customers benefit.
Other than support processes, website and weather we are also in the same qualifying group for Europe Football Championship 2012!
From the cold north of Sweden, to windy Swindon, to a gloomy place somewhere in central Germany and to the plains of Michigan all the technical resources are now locked in their dark cells with only Christmas lights coming from their computers shining up the room with a code window. This means that when spring is in the air we can promise you lots of exciting new products and capabilities.
